(Johnson City, NY) – Trailblazers PAC, the national, nonpartisan organization supporting candidates for county or municipal level office who stand for honest government, announced its endorsement of Benjamin “Ben” Reynolds for Johnson City Village Trustee in the November 3, 2020 general election.
To earn Trailblazers PAC’s endorsement, candidates for county or municipal level office of any party must disclose every penny in and out of their campaigns, make themselves accountable to their own voters by raising funds from households within their district instead of just from outside interests, and stand up for honest government through Election Day and beyond.
“Over the course of this campaign, I have been mentored by Trailblazers PAC, and I am proud to have earned their endorsement by meeting their high standards of accountability,” said Ben Reynolds, candidate for Johnson City Village Trustee.
“Ben is empowering the voters in his community by being honest about who is funding his campaign,” said Alli Woodard, Executive Director of Trailblazers PAC. “During these difficult times, it is crucial we have candidates like Ben on the ballot who stand up for voters, not just outside interests.”
Now in its fourth year, Trailblazers PAC has reached millions of voters across the country by mentoring municipal-level candidates in Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Massachusetts, Maine, Michigan, Nebraska, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. The organization only endorses and donates to candidates running in contested elections, and since 2017, over 65% of these candidates have won their elections.
