(HORSEHEADS, NY) – Over 100 candidates for local-level office across 12 states, including Georgia, Arizona, Massachusetts and Arizona, received mentorship for their 2019 campaigns from Trailblazers PAC this year.

Out of that pool of mentored candidates, a striking 71% of the candidates that Trailblazers PAC endorsed won on Election Day 2019. Trailblazers PAC endorsed and funded Trailblazers in 5 states for measurably following a higher standard than current laws governing money in politics. This is the highest win number in Trailblazer PAC’s three-year history.

To earn Trailblazers PAC’s endorsement, candidates in contested races for local-level office must disclose every penny in and out of their campaigns, make themselves accountable to their own voters by raising funds from voters within their district, and stand up for honest government through Election Day and beyond.

“This year, 100 candidates across America helped get voters back into their rightful role as the loudest voices in the room. In Savannah, Rochester, or Indianapolis, when voters experience candidates putting voter voices ahead of outside interests, it changes the game beyond any one campaign. In one community after another, Trailblazers PAC is moving politics out of the back room, onto the front porch” said Leslie Danks Burke, President and Founder of Trailblazers PAC.
